Set Up Automatic Payments through Diversified Property Management

You may pay your dues using the automated clearing house (ACH) for monthly or annual dues. Simply download and print the ACH Form provided here, and return the completed form along with a canceled check to our accounting department.

Your dues will be withdrawn from your bank account between the 5th and 10th of the month. It’s FREE and never a late fee!

Use Your Own Bank’s Bill Pay Service

Send your payments to Woodmoor Park  HOA, c/o Diversified Property Management, PO Box 62218, Colorado Springs, CO 80962-2218. For your account number, use your house number and street name.

Mail Your Check Each Month

At the beginning of each year all owners are sent a coupon book with 12 coupons and envelopes. Accompany your check with these coupons to assure that your payments arrive at the right place and are credited to the correct account.

Diversified Property Management is open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4pm for payment drop off. They are located at 7834 N. Academy Blvd., Colorado Springs, 80920, across from the Chapel Hills Mall behind the Chipotle and Egg and I.

Make an Online Payment Now

Homeowners can also pay association dues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online using an e-Check, or major credit card. Click on the Online payment link below to log in or set up an account and you are ready to go.

There is a $14.95 fee for using this service charged by the 3rd party vendor however the fee is only $2 per payment if you set up automatic recurring payments. Additionally, if you call the toll free number and a representative takes your payment over the phone, there will be a $5 surcharge. To avoid any fees, you can one of the methods above.
