… Effective Monday, March 29, 2010 all emergencies that create an uninhabitable environment in your home, which occur outside of our normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding holidays) or on weekends should be directed to the following toll-free phone number: 1-866-744-3921
… Please use this number for true emergencies only that create an uninhabitable environment in the home. Callers with non-emergency requests will be asked to email the Warranty Agent. In the event a Pulte Homes contractor is requested to respond to an emergency that is later deemed out of warranty or not a true emergency, the contractor’s time and expenses will be billed directly to the homeowner. For your reference, examples of emergencies include:

• A severe plumbing leak that cannot be stopped.
• No heat when temperatures outside are near or below freezing.
• No air-conditioning when temperatures outside are very hot (above 95 degrees Fahrenheit).
• No electricity.
